I use a combination of various couple's therapy
theories (Including Emotional Focussed Couple's
therapy, Imago therapy, family systems, and
more) to help couples build and maintain
safe communication techniques. Reconciliation,
compassionate uncoupling, co-parenting, and more.
Children's Therapy $150
(50 mins, weekly)
Sand tray, Play-Doh (TM), expressive arts and
more to help children address and process
anxiety-causing stimulus in their lives, resulting
from a variety of traumas, such as divorce, bullying, deaths of loved ones, moves, and more.
Family Therapy $150-300
(50-100 mins, weekly)
Family dynamics are complex, and hence, so is
family therapy. I strive to create a safe and
therapeutic environment for the family as a whole
and as individuals and subgroups to build healthy communication skills and re-build trust and empathy.
Sliding Scale Therapy
I have a certain number of sliding scale therapy slots for individuals. Please call or contact me to discuss these reduced rates and whether I would be a good match for your needs.
In Jungian psychology, water is an archetype, which represents, among other things, the unknown, or the unconscious. I find the image of swimmers diving underwater to be a hopeful and empowering one, as they are purposefully diving into their own unknown.
